Grisamore Farms of Locke, NY (roughly between Cayuga and Owasco Lakes) began as a dairy farm and has expanded across five generations to become a haven for produce, plus a wool shop and a even greenhouse. You-pick crops include strawberries, sweet cherries, raspberries, blueberries and apples. The Farm Store sells many other fruits and vegetables such as peaches, tomatoes, sweet corn and peppers. Within the Farm store you can also find accessories for country homes like table cloths and artwork, as well as tasty baked treats from the kitchen.
Crafters will love the Wool Shop, which has everything to satisfy your knitting needs. Looking for flowers and other plants? Grisamore’s new greenhouse has 18,000 square feet filled with plants, shrubs and vegetables. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you choose greenery that’s right for your home and garden. A number of animals from chickens to sheep and mules are on hand for children to view.
