Built in 1910 as a residential estate and then briefly a monastery, the property opened its doors to the public on Thanksgiving Day in 1981. It has earned the coveted AAA Four-Diamond Award for the past 35 years.

Today the historic villa offers 29 Stickley appointed guest suites and studios with kitchen, some with lake views, wood-burning fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, and cathedral ceilings.  Two-story townhouses situated 25 feet from the main villa provide private lakeside patios and two bedrooms.

Group Events/ Meetings

Their meeting package offers several locations and food options including two conference suites, beverage services, room accommodations, breakfast, lunch, or dinner options, a fitness room, and assistance in coordinating team-building activities. Outdoor activities (weather permitting) on the 10-acre resort overlooking Seneca Lake, include on-site walking paths, historic gardens, lakeside vistas, a bonfire on the bluff, croquet, bocce, horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, a glider swing, Adirondack chairs, 70′ outdoor pool, canoes, kayaks and a complimentary lake cruise on our 24′ pontoon boat
