Bet The Farm Winery is a 6-acre boutique-scale, woman-owned winery producing close to 1200 cases per vintage a year, including Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Traminette, and the occasional Sparkling wine. Nancy Tisch, owner and winemaker of Bet The Farm, crafts dry, fruit-forward, food-friendly wines from vinifera and Cornell hybrid grapes.
